First Place Scholars Is Now Accepting Applications for Fall!

First Place Scholars Charter School in the historic Central District of Seattle which serves families in crisis and transition through an elementary school with built in wraparound support services, is currently conducting outreach for the 2015-2016 school year. We are now enrolling Kindergarten- 5th grade. It is a FREE charter school and we are enrolling on a first come, first serve basis.

What First Place Scholars Charter School Can Offer Your Family

  • Classrooms with 14-20 students per teacher and an instructional aide.

Notice of Request For Proposals

First Place Scholars Charter School is accepting written food service proposals from qualified food service management companies (Contractors) to provide food services to district specification for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Sealed proposals must be received no later than July 15th, 2015 at 5:00 pm. Proposals received after this date will not be considered.

The district reserves the right to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable to the interests of the district. It also reserves the right to waive any informalities and irregularities and reject any and/or all proposals or any portion of any proposal submitted which in their opinion is not in the best interest of the district.

No bidder may withdraw or alter his proposal after the time set for opening thereof, unless award of contract is delayed for a period of more than forty-five (45) days from the date of opening.
